| Hi Brad,
You have a great site but I have one complaint. When entering posts on the Everything About Wine Forum, the text box is minute and the font size so small us older folks would have trouble reading it without a seeing eye dog.
Interestingly enough, the text entry box and size of the text in this section is fine.
As I have three dogs already, I don't want to have to get a fourth, and "Red" my Golden Retriever (who was breed by a breeder who breeds for the Blind Society Guide Dog Program) was not trained as a puupy to help in this regard. | | | Cheers Ric<br>www.torbwine.com |

| Have you checked your screen resolution? You might want to play with that. My experience is that the type in the post box is about the same if not larger than the font in the posts. | | | |

| David,
Thanks for the suggestion but it is not my screen setting for two reasons.
1. The box on this forum is fine but not the Everything About Wine. 2. I get the same result on two computers in two different locations with two differnt screens. | | | Cheers Ric<br>www.torbwine.com

| In your "My Home" there are settings for box size.
Also, perhaps clear out your browser cache. Not sure why there would be different settings on different forums. This software doesn't have that ability (to set that stuff by forum). It's either all or nothing.
Let me know if either of those helps.

| Brad,
My account appears to be, not to put to fine a point on it is stuffed!
I went into my account and selected default skins and then cleaned the cache of Mozilla.
No difference! This forum is fine but the All About Wine is still a different skin and the text entry box is a smaller size.
I logged on using Mr Gates IE and when I logged in I recieved exactly the same, different skin in the All About Wine Forum, so the problem is not with my computer, it is with my account or at your end.
Any help will be appreciated.
PS - I just logged on using a diffren't computer and got the same skin on this forum as I got in the All About Wine Forum. Very bloody strange!! | | | Cheers Ric<br>www.torbwine.com

| Hey TORB, just out of curiousity, maybe create a new login, just for test purposes, and see if the problem persists on the new login. If it doesn't rear its ugly head on the new login, you will have even moreso proved your case to Brad. | | | www.roguefood.com -- www.cellartracker.com | |

| No need to create another account.
However, deleting your cookies for vinocellar may help as well. | | | If you drink wine, you get smarter....

| Go to "MyHome", click on the edit link for Display preferences, ..., etc.
Toward the bottom you will see "TextArea columns?" and "TextArea rows?". Try doubling the numbers there and see how that works.

The man is a genius! I did that and then mucked around with the skins and finally selected "Nincompoop" and now it works perfectly! Many thanks to all those that made suggestions. | | | Cheers Ric<br>www.torbwine.com

I better check that setting out. Sounds like something I could use.
