| Rev... I'm not sure if any VC moderators (Seek or Short) are going to attend here, but if they do, please feel free to have them make a 'plea for donations' speech!!! Uh, have tham wait until the last course is served. We should all be pretty loose by then! | | | |

| No, No pleas... I appreciate the sentiment though.. but I don't want people to feel obligated... they might stop showing up! The link is there for the people who reached out and asked how they could help. | | | If you drink wine, you get smarter.... | |

| Paying my dues and making a donation, Rev. You've certainly put together a great site and have me totally hooked. Thanks for all the work.

| If I had to guess I'd say the slowness is caused by having more users active at one time. I've frequently seen over 20 folks logged in which wasn't the case a few months ago. | | | |

| skwid,
i don't think that is the case. we have had 20 users at a time for quite awhile now. a lot longer than a few months.

| I'm guessing that most of the slowness I've been experiencing lately is SQL related. I base that on the fact I've seen and increase in the number of SQL Timeouts while accessing the database.
Funny thing...I received one while making this post. | | | Joe-----Wine is like potato chips around me...if it's open, it's gone.

| Well at least I know it isn't just me!
BTW, that has happened to me using IE, SlimBrowser and Maxthon. I haven't spent enough time using Firefox to get a feel for it yet. | | | Joe-----Wine is like potato chips around me...if it's open, it's gone.
