  Opened and served immediately. Dark rose petal color in the glass, clear hue throughout with a light everessence. Full nose of strawberry, raspberry, berries and cherries. Slightly earthy introduction on the palate followed by notes of black cherries, black currants, black raspberries and a tiny bit of bitters on the medium finish. Bright acidity, medium to full body. Drink or hold. (92 pts.)

Flavors of minerals up front followed by black berries and black cherries on the medium finish.l Medium acidity, tannins and body. Drink or hold. (90 pts.)

  Opened and served immediately. Dark garnet to purple color in the glass, slight dustiness. Nose of thistle, cedar, violets and black berries. Flavors of black berries, slightly tart cherries and a dash of bitters on the medium finish. Medium to bright acidity, still slightly firm tannins, medium to full body. Drink or hold. This bottle was much better than the previous two tasted. (92 pts.)

  Opened and glass decanted this wine about 30 minutes before serving. Could have used more time as it was better upon revisit even later. Dark purple to crimson color in the glass, vibrant hue throughout. Nose of cocoa, white pepper, perfume, wet stones, smoke and mixed dark fruits. Rich flavors of dark chocolate, currants, plums, berries and a dash of bitters. Bright acidity, firm tannins, full bodied. Drink now with an extended decant or continue to hold. (92 pts.)
