Last night was my groups (Capitol Cork Dorks) 11 monthly tasting and it was as educational as always. Our theme was The components of a Bordeaux blend, but in this case we only used California Meritages as examples of the final blends. We had the smallest group so far with 13 attendees, but this sure does make it easier when it comes time to talk about the wines and such.
