Please let me know I am always on the lookout for other winelovers to come by and enjoy a nice home made 14 course dinner with assorted wines. You can either pick some wines and I'll make a perfect dinner around it or let yourself be surprised and surpassed by some splendid combinations.

I do this for maximum 6 guest at a time to be sure quality can be assured and if you want to learn something in the kitchen at the same time it is a excelent opportunity.

What a wonderful offer Olivier.  Now if I can just figure out a reason to make it to Belgium.  Wait!  You may just have given me one.  You just never know when someone will take you up on the offer.  What restrictions do you know about with regards to bringing wine into Belgium?
Here's to the corkscrew - a useful key to unlock the storehouse of wit, the treasury of laughter, the front door of fellowship, and the gate of pleasant folly.<br>W.E.P. French
