| Could it be? We are talking about the possibility of traveling to Napa as a group, sometime shortly after the 15th of October. Realizing, of course, that it could be during crush. What say you, forumites? Any thoughts?

| Sounds good to me. How about you Mr. Null?
A crush weekend means we have to get everything set up soon.
We won't be able to talk to many of the winemakers but the smell makes up for that! | | | |

Darn good point, it did not occur to any of us last night. I will search for the dates, and throw them out to the group.
Bear in mind that is just one of the time frames we are considering. We have also thrown out May and July times, but there was at least one cople with a conflict at both of those times.

| Keep us posted Mike. I'd like to sneak out there at the same time if at all possible. | | | Joe-----Wine is like potato chips around me...if it's open, it's gone. | |

| If everyone else is game, I don't care when Napstravaganza 2004 is. I'll plan it whenever everybody else wants it. Throw out some dates Mike and I'll get the dates on the Napa 2004 thread and see what happens... | | | |

| Brent:
Based on what I have heard so far: Some people like the existing dates for this, others do not. People are trying to get hold of school schedules as soon as they can. Many of the local schools have a break week around the end of October.
Since some of the locals have kids, and/or are teachers, they would like to coordinate our trip out there with the school breaks, if possible.
I will let you know as soon as we know.

| David, I think in reality Jill silently approves. Fruits of his labor per se. She just looks at him funny to try to keep him in check. | | | Joe-----Wine is like potato chips around me...if it's open, it's gone. | |

| Regardless of the final dates, Bridget and I plan on attending (unforeseen obsticles notwithstanding). It's been years since we've made it to wine country and it's time to go back. Luckily, our kid's young enought that we don't have to worry about school. | | | |
