| February 2004 consists of 4 Saturday's the 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th. I would like to plan an offline open to any and all willing to come. I am thinking about Saratoga Springs NY as it offers the best of accomodations in all classes, fantastic restaurants willing to host, and plenty of activities should you decide to hang around town.
Saratoga is inside of 3 hours drive from Northern NJ areas and 2.5 from NYC. Theme is unchosen at this point because I would like it to be collectively decided once attendees are determined. Please indicate your interest if you strongly feel you would like to come. If it looks good for you attending then please indicate one or several of the dates above that would work best for you.

| Not really thinking, I mentioned the 14th. Being that it is Valentines day lets just skip that weekend and try for the 7th, 21st, or 28th. | | | |

| Seek Are there any activities for dogs up at Sarasota Springs? Was planning a "family" event around that time and need a dog-friendly town. In case some are wondering, no, I wouldn't bring the puppy to the tasting vtyro | | | |

| Vinotyro, I am not exactly sure how I need to answer that, but I would suspect you will not have any problem finding a place to stay with your pet. Check out Saratoga Springs , there you can find accomodation listings. As far as what activities there are for you dog, I am not really sure, but I do know dogs are popular around here. | | | |

| Off Topic, Many hotels are changing their policy towards people bringing pets because they realize pets are becoming more and more part of the familiy.
On Topic, Seek, curious if you had a place in mind for this dinner?
I'll also throw out some ideas for the theme.
2000 or 2001 Pinot (lots of producers are coming out with these now)
Italy, regions other than Piedmont or Tuscany (stole this from armmar)
2001 Cali Cabs under $50. (or pick another lower number?) Bring the best you can find for no more than $50. (i'm sure we don't want to throw away our monster cabs that aren't ready to drink, but this could be a nice QPR dinner to see what the vintage is showing)
Or... we just let Seek decide and make it easy on ourselves. | | | If you drink wine, you get smarter....
