I had to search through the thread to find this, so I thought a thread with this as the first post might help others find the address. jb's post:

Here is the address to send the checks...

J. Bembry
758 Lower Ferry Rd.
Ewing, NJ 08628

Make checks payable to Amuse for $148 for each person in
your party. Do NOT make the checks payable to me. I MUST
recieve your check by Wed. Sept 10th.

Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as dessert wine/port. Those we can not find a match for winewise, will be responsible for picking up the tab for the Champagne, a lovely '96 Chartogne Taillet Fiacre Tete de Cuvee, rated 92 pts by RP.

Greetings to everyone from Kenya (i.e. Nairobi, Lake Baringo, and Lake Nakura).

This is the first time in two weeks that I have had any luck getting email/internet access. The event sounds excellent.

JB, I hope that Mrs. Doc and I have been added to the list. The problem is that I may not be back in the country until after Sept 10. As soon as I get back in, I can easily send you a check. If this is a problem, I completely understand and will be happy to drop out. Please let me know.

Also, when are the dates? I'm sure that you have explained everything in great detail in the other thread, but I don't have time to review everything due to slow internet access here. I ask b/c I will have to be in Central Europe for work for 3 weeks in late September/early October. I think the event is in October, but when???

I don't about the wine at this point.....
Take care...

Dhaval

Doc, the date is Oct. 25th. No problem with the $ as long as you are sure you can make it. Just have the mrs. send in a check for $296 to the address in the first post on this thread. Post here and let me know what you want to do. Don't worry about wine. We'll have you responsible for Champagne.

Not too late, mdriver. Just check out thisthread and let me know if you want to attend. Then send a check to the address above and you are in. I really hope you can make it.

Welcome back mdriver, long time no see. If you make it to the dinner I think I have some wine for you, or did I drink it?

Those who have not sent in their checks yet...

a slight correction. Please make your check out to me instead. The restaurant has requested to not get a ton of checks for bookeeping reasons. Honestly, in this economic climate, they shouldn't care if I sent them 50 jars of pennies from under my bed. Anyway, I will meet them 1/2 way. Make the check out to Joe Bembry and send to the address in the first post. Thanks.

As of right now, don't worry about it. If there is a change, I'll let you know.
