| I'm game for any of the suggestions that Dinwiddie came up with although I don't have a ton of cabs in the cellar so that might be a bit of a challenge for me. What about doing sushi and champagne or burgundy as we did last year? I can do just about the entire month with the exception of April 07-09, 16 and 28-30.
Looking forward to this one...

| I should be availble pretty much throughout the month and would love to do a get together. I'm not into sushi or Champagne all that much nor do I have much Burgundy of note - but 01 Cali Cabs I've got big time as well as Rhones, Cali Rhone rangers, Bordeaux and lots of Italians of all types (mostly red I mean). My vote is for the 01 Cabs or (2000?) Bordeaux and Equinox could be good - but no overwhelming preference. | | | |

| I'll try to weigh in here tomorrow. April is tight on the weekends so my vote would be for a mid-week, maybe a Thursday night?

| The only dates that are absolutely not available for me are the weekend of April 18-20, during Passover. | | | |

| Sorry I haven't been around in a while - been super busy traveling and getting stuff ready for the baby. Haven't had a chance to contact Proof - I'll see what I can do. | | | |

| My vote for a date is mid-week.If it can be swung for Thursday the 10th or Thursday the 24th, all the better! | | | www.roguefood.com -- www.cellartracker.com | |

| I'm with the PoolBoy...mid-week works better for me in April. Anytime except April 07-09 and 28-30 works for me.

| I had dinner at Proof last night, which was absolutely fantastic. T-Rep, the quality of fish was superb, so you would enjoy it immensely. I spoke to the wine director briefly and I'll see if I can swing something there. How about shooting for Wednesday 4/23 if it is available? The dining area is small, so I don't think we can have a party larger than 10 IMO but we'll see what we can do. | | | |

| Hi everyone, just an update - I've had no success getting in contact with the wine guy at Proof, and it seems via opentable.com that our date is unavailable for a large party. Would you guys be interested in a backup location if I can swing it? I'm thinking New Heights Restaurant in Woodley Park (chef used to be at Firefly - good cook, loves wine), I read a positive BYO review on eBob. Let me know if you are still up for it. I'm sorry this has turned a little crazy! | | | |

| JT...
Thanks for all your hard work trying to get this dinner off the ground. I'm certainly game for trying New Heights. The last time that Mrs. T and I were there, we enjoyed it so trying it with a new chef sounds good to me.
