Good evening my fellow wine lovers!

December is rapidly approaching so let’s start planning our December offline! Here are the details:

Date: Thursday, December 14th, 7PM
Place: Il Sole, Dallas, TX
Wine Theme: Champagne Buddies

This year we’ll be doing our traditional Champagne tasting but with a slight twist in order to promote a little variety of wines to taste throughout the evening. We’ll be using a “buddy system” for selecting our wines this year. If you’ll be coming as a couple for this event then one must bring Champagne and your “buddy” can bring any wine they wish. If you’re coming as a single to this event you’ll pair up with another single in attendance and the two of you will determine who brings the Champagne and who brings the alternate wine. Simple enough, eh? Now, if you and your buddy would both like to bring Champagne, bring it on! We’re up for that! Perhaps a white burgundy? Wink wink, nudge nudge. Hopefully we’ll end up with just a little variety including a few reds for those that would like to order the filet for their main course and need that big red to wash it down.
