I will be back in DC in Jan (23-26). Anyone want to get together?

| That would be kewl. Has there been an official DC Crü event planned yet? Was Corkage still planning on doing that dinner he was talking about? | | | www.roguefood.com -- www.cellartracker.com | |

| There is a Corkage dinner. Doc, Lafon_Rochet will be in town on the 23rd as well. I wonder if we could do an informal dinner at a restaurant in DC on the 23rd. | | | |

| I'm in. Getting to a restaurant in DC is easy and I can Metro it home safely. Now where should we hold it. I know that Palena is Doc's favorite, but they can't really take reservations for large parties. Corduroy is out now that they have the three bottle limit policy. | | | |

| It may have to be on the 23rd. I am hoping that Lafon will weigh in here with her schedule. Any of those dates should work for me. | | | |

| Always interested! Especially to catch up with out-of-towners. The date, though, will require a minor miracle to make me available. I'll lurk and check the status in the next week or two. | | | |

| Guys:
My plans have not been firmed up yet. My trip may get pushed into Feb. It would be great to meet everyone and catch up with Doc again.
I'll keep you updated! | | | |

| Do we have enough for a critical mass to have an off-line? I hope so. What does everyone else think about setting a date and restaruant. | | | |

| I think that we do. It looks like all of the dates are open, so we should pick a date that the greatest number can attend. I would like to propose a theme for either this event or for an upcoming tasting:
On the fence cabs. Bring a cab that you are considering dropping. I can think of about 10 that I have that would fall into this category.
I would like to do the same for Pinot Noir!

| Doc....
Very nice to hear that you'll be gracing us with your presence. Will Mrs. Doc and Baby Doc be in attendance as well? We have to hook up so you can take back the six babies of yours currently asleep in my basement.
I'm available to get together but Mrs. T will be at a meeting in Los Angeles.

| I'm also available subject only to unavoidable issues- a senior member of the family is in declining health and I may have to travel on short notice. I have some nice cabs to share and I can hand off TReps newest purchase. Norm | | | |

Good idea except I've already dropped the ones I was on the fence about. However, I'd be glad to bring a cab or PN.
I'm available any day, but Monday or Wednesday are the best for me. Now where should we plan on having it?

| T-Rep,
Unforunately, Mrs. Doc and baby Doc will not be joining me on this trip. Sorry to hear that Mrs. T-Rep will not be around.

| So, have we decided a date and place? Just let me know if this is a go, so I can plan accordingly.

| My preference would be for the 25th or 26th. I may be out of town on the 23rd. What dates work for everyone? | | | |
