| We have a tour planned for Saturday at Littorai at 2:30. Ted Lemon will try to be there to meet with us. They are going to give us a private tour of the facility and then a tasting.
I wanted to ask the group.....is one winery prior to Freeman sufficient, or should I look at something prior to the 2:30 tasting? At this point I'd have the bus depart the Hyatt at 2:00. I'm going to assume that everybody staying at the Hyatt wants to take the bus. If you do NOT want to take the bus, let me know. If you are not staying at the Hyatt but want to join us on the bus, also let me know that. You do NOT need to take the bus to join us at Littorai. Their facility is about a half mile from the Freemans.
Edit: The bus is confirmed for a 2:00 PM pickup, 9:30 departure from Freeman, and 10:00 return to Hyatt. We have to take a 31 pax bus, but only have 25, so the cost as of right now will be $37/person. Still far cheaper than a DUI.

| Littorai will be an awesome tasting. Way to go Chris. IMO one winery is completely enough. Since it is a vacation for us we enjoyed being able to relax and hang out prior to jumping on the bus. | | | |

The Hyatt is well positioned for shopping beforehand as well. Railroad Square is right across the street, so you won't have to walk far to find something to do. They have a nice workout room, pool and hot tub. Hopefully we'll get some decent weather! | | | |

| I'd also vote for only one winery before Freeman. Richard | | | |

| Would love to go to Littorai, and agree only one winery before Freeman would be perfect. | | | |

| Littorai is cool and I think one winery before is best. I also think $37 for the bus is v. reasonable. It's about 20 minutes between Hyatt and Littorai/Freeman?

It depends how fast the driver is! I think doing one tour/tasting works great because we can take our time. Maybe I can work some backroom angles and get Ted to open some library wines....;-)

| At the open houses earlier this month, he had some Library wines for sale. So, I think it's a possibility.

| Chris - great job planning, as always. One winery prior to Freeman is fine. I figure we can hang out in David N's room and help "reduce his overhead" if we feel the need to drink wine before that....

| Might be a good time to start thinking about a role call, make sure everyone who RSVP'd is still confirmed? What say you Chris?
