Do you want us to make our own (suite) reservations online with a group code? We may check in a couple of days early...
Thanks.

A regular room for 2 here (2 nights like last time?).

Kpak - if you are going to be in the area before the event, perhaps an offline in SF?

Make sure you specify if you want this for Friday/Saturday or just Saturday. Thanks.

Karen, I think the normal rate for the suite is $250 or so, so if you want me to book a few days extra for you I'll add it to the contract so you get the lower rate.

That would be great, Chris.  We'll probably spend four nights there, checking in on Feb 4.
Thanks.

A distinct possibility as we will be in the wine counties for probably two weeks prior to the dinner.  We're in Reno until the 24th and then heading west.  No route picked yet, no plans other than the Cave dinner, but we'd love to plan a few more offlines and dinners in the area...

Chris

I have stayed at the Hyatt and thought is was excellent. $115 for that hotel is outstanding. I also ate a the restaurant that was connected to the Hyatt and thought it was good - can't remember it's name. In for a regular room both nights, and Friday dinner.

I've stayed at the Hyatt and walked to Syrah for dinner, both were excellent. My recollection is that Syrah is relatively small, although I ate at the bar so don't have a great memory of the room.

Please put me down for one for Hyatt for Fri & Sat night, and dinner on Friday.

No room needed, just a brief 25 minute drive over the hill.
