DW, both of those WesMars are drinking very well right now....

JT-- I'll see what I can dig up tonight to bring. I do still have some Melvilles, but I think they are way young (I have none of them with any real age on them). I may still bring one though. I always bring a back-up bottle anyway. How are we for Sonoma Coast? I could do that too. Hell, I'll figure it out soon!

T-rep, we could also use a white/bubbly to if your friend doesn't have anything at the moment. As long as it is not on the list.

TJ, T-Rep has Sonoma coast covered, but if you can't swing the Melvilles (I understand about age), by all means bring what you can. BTW, I'm glad that the Caps play game 7 tonight rather than tomorrow night - I would hate for you to feign a migraine and miss the dinner! ;)

D'oh! I missed T-Rep's bottle. Well, let me root about the cellar tonight between periods of the Caps/Flyers game. I'll bring a few bottles maybe and we can decide there at the dinner. I have some *older* Sonoma Coast stuff, BTW.

And I hope I hope I hope I hope I will have reason to celebrate tomorrow night (if the Caps win!)

TJ, sorry about last night (I watched the 3rd period and OT) - we'll help you drown your sorrows a bit tonight.

Reservations have been changed to a party of five under my name. See everyone at 7pm!

Yeah, I was hoping to be celebrating too!

I'm bringing too much wine. JT, you get to pick what we crack open when I get there. See y'all tonight!

And I didn't get home until almost 1 am.  And yes, I made my 8am meeting.  Oy, I'm getting too old for this.

Hey Rich,

You have the list of the food.  Now you need to post it.  Of course, you got a couple of different things than the rest of us, but I hope John wrote down everything we had.  I am getting more and more convinced that just telling the chef to send out whatever he thinks we should have is the way to go.  It certainly worked last night.  And not bad chefing for a hockey fan.
