| No issues with a new location, but the date is looking bad. I keep scheduling back to back events because I suck at keeping my calendar updated. | | | |

| We're confirmed at New Heights for a party of 8:
Wednesday 4/23 @ 7pm under my name
Check out the thread on Donrockwell.com re: New Heights: http://www.donrockwell.com/index.php?showtopic=1845
restaurant website: http://www.newheightsrestaurant.com/
As for theme, I propose a blind tasting if you guys are up for it. As this might be my last offline for a while, I'll be bringing the artillery. PM with your ideas.

| Since it's Passover, Mrs. T has opted to take a pass on attending this one. I'll be there representing the T-Rep's however...
Looking forward to giving Jaimetown a proper new parental unit send off...

| Sorry so many of you cannot make it - I'm interested in two themes, and we can go with whatever you guys have in queue:
- CA Pinot Appellation battle: Sonoma Coast, RRV, Anderson Valley, SRH whatever - each bring a different appellation wine (I can bring a 2002 Radio-Coteau Savoy) - French lineup, top to bottom - start with bubbly/white, go big red then finish with sticky (lots of choices here for me - grand cru burgundy, anyone?)
Neither has to be blind, so you can post what you have.

| JT...
I'm certainly able to do either of the themes but you know I'll favor door #1 in this case. Whatever the consensus is, I'm game.

| Either works for me, but the PN would be easier since I have too much of that to begin with. Lst's see, the Savoy is an Anderson Valley wine. I can bring something in a 2002 from the Sonoma Coast or RRV. If we go French I'll have to bring either a Bordeaux or a Southern Rhone. | | | |

| Let's go with option 1 - CA Pinots. If you can bring something from 2002, all the better. | | | |

| JT/Din....
I won't have any problem bringing a Cali pinot noir but I don't think I have anything from 2002. I'll take a look and advise.

| T-Rep, James is bringing an Anderson Valley. Let me know if you want to bring a RRV, Sonoma Coast, or SLH and I'll bring take one of the others. TJ, are you going to be attending? | | | |

| I'm in! Just me though.
I have stuff from every vintage from 2000 to 2006. I'm heavy on RRV and Sonoma Coast, but with other stuff from Anderson Valley & Santa Rita Hills, too. And I have plenty of specific vineyards as well. I'm willing to pull out virtually any bottle I have since JT will be on baby-detail for the next who knows how many months. Hell, I'll bring extra bottles, we don't have to finish them.
Any special requests? | | | www.roguefood.com -- www.cellartracker.com | |

| T-Rep, your friend is welcome to join us, of course!
TJ, that is a kind offer - bring whatever you want to drink - maybe something from RRV, or a Melville if you still have those?

| I'll try to find the 2002 WesMar Pinot Noir Olivet Lane Vineyard or the Piner Ranch to bring with me so we will have the RRV covered. Otherwise, I'll find something else in a RRV. That will let pool boy bring something from the SLH. | | | |

| The only person who hasn't committed to a wine yet is my friend Howard. I'll leave it up to him so long as we have the SLH covered by the PoolBoy.
