I'm bringing a large format bottle that I want everyone to sign.  It is a 6L of some golden-brown dessert, I mean, SWEET wine.

If anyone has or can stop and purchase a bottle-writer pen bring it and I'll pay you for it.

We were happy at Happy Hour then we went down to eat and drink a lot. I noticed quite a bit of wine left at the end so I'm sure the wait staff was pretty happy later on. List of wines to come, good stuff.

The group is slowly up and about this morning at the hotel.

Have to take my hat off to Chris and company for such a great weekend! I'm mainlining coffee and orange juice this morning, but it was well worth the trip. The tasting at KB blew my mind...

Drew, it was great meeting you and everyone else. Hats off to Chris, a stellar event for sure. And yeah, I was wondering if it was ever going to stop at KB...and now we know where they keep the 3 liter bottles.

Darn, I don't think I got a chance to talk to half the people there. I thought the difference between the infant pinots outside and the ones with a year or two under their belt we had with dinner was night and day. I vow not to open a 2006 pinot noir for the rest of the year!

The KB tasting was indeed impressive.  As a matter of fact, I'm finishing off the bottle of 03 4-Barrel over a salami sandwich right now!  Wow is this stuff perfect!  Easily trumps every other wine I had this weekend!

We couldn't figure out how to get in the gates at KB and we left our cell phones back at the house. We sadly missed out it sounds like.
