This is in Mandalay Place and SOOO worth checking out. I went for a burger after checking in and needing to wait for my room. The Bufalo burger with carmelized onions, swiss and oyster mushrooms on an onion roll was intensly good. Paired with a Pilsner Urquell and some sweet potato fries....awesome!

Rub it in, why don't ya And yeah - burger bar is solid. Always a stop for me in Vegas. What - no Kobe burger? C'mon, man!

Couldn't resist looking at the menu. Next time I'm in Vegas on business, there is a 100% chance the Rossini burger will hit the expense account: Rossini $60.00 Kobe beef, sautéed foie gras, shaved truffles, Madeira sauce, on onion bun
