Had dinner their last night with my beef-eating friends after seeing the Producers.

Cozy old-english atmosphere and above average service. The menu is how big and what temp you want your prime rib and baked or mashed potato.

Not a big wine list but could have picked something I liked. Seemed priced pretty fair. One of my benchmarks is Rombauer Chardonnay. It was $40.

MrsN and I were with some very good friends who are "beer, meat and potatos" eaters so I didn't order wine. Did have a couple of Bombay Gibsons UP. That got me sloshed really well.

I haven't really had any wine or liquor for two weeks. But I'm now back to 200% and ready to go!

Good Prime Rib; good booz; good atmosphere! A grand time was had by all.
