| Domaine Chandonm and ask to sit at one of Susan's tables. Go late. She'll bring you tastes of a lot of wines in addition to what you order. | | | |

| La Toque is technically the best of the three restaurants you have listed. | | | |

| If I had only 1 night, I'd choose Bouchon. | | | |

| Had LCC listed a fourth choice, I would have picked it just to be ornery. Mike | | | |

| FWIW, I have several friends who love La Toque and would easily put it in a class above the others. It is also very very expensive.

| FWIW, we loved our experience La Toque last December. Have you checked out any of these restaurants' websites (menus) for anything that jumps out at you? | | | |

| We loved Domaine Chandon. Can't comment on the other choices. When we get back there, we'll be sure to try Bistro Jeanty and of course the Foothill Cafe. Props to Pops for that idea.. | | | www.roguefood.com -- www.cellartracker.com | |

| Was just at La Toque again last weekend and had yet another wonderful experience. Meals are prix fixe, running $98 and incl all but wine; they'll also make just about anything you want if they have it in the kitchen. They have a wide variety of reasonably-marked up wines on their broad list, which you can find at www.latoque.com/wine_list.htm. A wine pairing for the menu is also avail, and included Araujo last weekend (we still drank our own.) Corkage is waived with each bttl purchased, or I believe $20 otherwise. Sharing a glass of a special bottle has also gotten it waived in the past. Service is somewhat formal, but impeccable. For a special evening, or just great food, its a major win. | | | |

| LCC, What did you wind up picking? Did you go already if not when are you going? My pick of the three is Bistro Jeanty, Never had a bad meal there yet. | | | |

| Funny you should mention it. I went with Bistro Jeanty! And, the 2nd night, Terra. | | | |
