IMHO, there is nothing worth while downtown Miami.
These are great recommendations. Let me ad one to the list: Casa Tua in Miami Beach. (Italian) This will give Normans a najor challenge for best restaurant in Miami. Let me know if I can be of any help. | | | |

Is Norman's still open? I had just read that he was selling it.
Pretty close to you are Graziano's (Argentine steak-house) and Graziano's Next Door, casual pizza with a retail wine store. Both of which are favorites of Emilio.
