I'm going to make my first splash into the poker rooms on my upcoming trip. Trust me, I understand the game, but is there anything else I might need to know regarding the poker rooms/tables? I want to make sure I don't make any cultural errors.
Leave the gun. Take the cannolis.

If you’re gonna play the game, boy, ya gotta learn to play it right.

You got to know when to hold ’em, know when to fold ’em,
Know when to walk away and know when to run.
You never count your money when you’re sittin’ at the table.
There’ll be time enough for countin’ when the dealin’s done.

Now ev’ry gambler knows that the secret to survivin’
Is knowin’ what to throw away and knowing what to keep.
’cause ev’ry hand’s a winner and ev’ry hand’s a loser,
And the best that you can hope for is to die in your sleep.

I'll keep it wine related, I was told in Reno that I can bring whatever bottle(s) of wine I want to the table with no corkage. I brought my own glass too.

Etiquette: If you are going to play at a low stakes "beginners" table, DO NOT "check-raise". That is considered inappropriate agressive play at a low stakes table.
