We are going to local Singaporean restaurant tonight and I have no idea what bottle to take? Never had it....any suggestions

Ricky - my experience with Asian food is that is really only good with a crisp white, cava, or champagne. The food tends to spicy and seafood. Can't beat a good cava with that.

Sorry, this is too late, but German rieslings are excellent with spicey southwest Asian food. It is no surprise that Slanted Door has a good selection of German (and Austrian) rieslings on hand.
