You mean, Sedona AZ. If so, we stayedhere.. One of the top places to stay when in Sedona. We enjoyed one of our finest Breakfasts ever. Dinner (restaurant) is very, very good. Though, not great. Worth the money though (to me).

We also visited a couple of other restaurants in town. None are worth recommending.

P.S.: If you do a search in Travel &Dining, there is a thread discussing Arizona dining (started by me).

In any case, the beauty of that town & surrounding area cannot be described by words. I would not even try it... Amazing!

I've only eaten at one place in Sedona. That's the nice little hotel on the river. Ate out on the lawn.

Of course you could get a Big Mac and go up in the mountains and eat on one of the holy triangle mind-and-body-cleansing rejuvinating invigorate-sexual-desire/performance rocks. Just be sure you get the right one to sit on. Some of those rocks are directly linked to Bangkok and the disease rate there is terrible.

Thanks for the advice. I won't have much down time while out there to visit these Bangkok rocks, DavidN, so i "should" return to DC disease-free.

Any updates to this?

We'll be at Enchantment Resort in Sedona next week.

Also need to have dinner either at/near Phoenix airport or on the way from airport to Sedona. Looks like Grazie (highly recommended on this forum) would be a bit out of the way. But by how much? Should we make a side trip for pizza?

We had a good lunch at Picazzo's (Pizza & Salads)
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is...

.ps - friends don't let friends eat farmed salmon.
