| For you who live in / will be visiting Atlanta, you owe it to yourself to check out Restaurant Eugene. The meal I had to tonight is easily one of the top 3-4 meals I've had here. The chef changes the menu daily, according to what ingredients he feels are the best, so everything is ultra fresh. Combine this with a $15 corkage and it is a must stop restaurant. | | |

| Sounds like an offline venue of choice when traveling VC Crü members hit Hot-lanta and hang with the Joja Crü. | | | www.roguefood.com -- www.cellartracker.com | |

WIML,
It is located in a retail space within the Aramore condominiums, just south of the Peachtree/Peachtree Battle intersection in Buckhead. Reservations are a must and I would recommend getting them a couple of weeks in advance. That said, we did luck out and call yesterday morning for last night's reservation, 9:15 was all they had available, but it was worth it.
In regards to the menu, due to the chef's highest regard for premium ingredients, the menu isn't large. There were approximately 7 appetizers, 2 salads, and 6-7 entree selections. As for pricing, appetizers run $10-15, with Entrees priced from $19-$36, with most being in the upper $20s.
The winelist was very dissapointing and consisted of fewer than 130 bottles, so I urge you to take advantage of the corkage. It is almost completely U.S, with a token red and white burg. The mark-ups are atrocious, after drinking the '94 Monte Bello that we brought, we bought a 2001 Ridge Three Valleys for $50 (2.5 times retail) as I considered that the most reasonably marked up item on the list! I discussed my dissapointment in the selections with the sommelier and she assured me that they were working on the list, but since they just opened in the Spring, she hasn't had time to build a proper list.
The food however is just incredible. I was looking for a WOW meal at Babbo and surprisingly didn't get one, last night gave me the WOW meal I wanted.
