Sorry guys, but when the hotel told us food was included in our package, we ate at the Grill at the hotel, especially since it was a cold, drab, rainy nite and had spent the entire day walking around the city. Food was decent, nothing to write home about. They did the vintage switcheroo, but the wine list was so small, that we stuck with our choice anyways. The '98 Beringer Alluvium. Not bad juice. The '97 was on the menu. The hotel was definitely not up to Ritz standards, perhaps they are separating? I've stayed at the Phillyy Westin numerous times when it was a Westin and St. Regis before that, and the service was immensely better.

Last weekend outside Philadelphia we came across a true gem. I was a bit leery since it was a small store front next to a fairly rundown grocery store and a home furnishing giant with a dirty parking lot.
We were starving so went ahead and gave it a try only to find the best Chinese food I have ever had.
It is definately BYOB. Nothing alchoholic is served, not even Sake, but it was a late working lunch so their warm green tea was perfect.

I thought I was in Blue Bell, PA but this is the address on the paper menu I grabbed.

I just love surprises like this. They make the world more vivid...

(that last sentence is so Drew will know it really is me writing this)
;=)

That's awesome. I'm going to have to find a Chinese restaurant INSIDE a rundown grocery store to beat that one now :-D
