Hello,
My name is Ikenbeea Suckarupparar and I have a query regarding wine stains, spills and whether wine can be identified just from the stain it leaves. My owner spilt some wine on me the other night after two many glasses of what I expect was Cabernet Sauvignon but I can't put my finger on it. As a vacuum cleaner, wine and I don't mix either. At one
point I thought I was a goner as my nozzle was directed towards quite a severe puddle of wine - i think a bottle was smashed somewhere along the line... anyway, my owner, after having a few was quite reckless and almost pushed me into said puddle when fate stepped in and my cord unplugged from the socket. Anyway I was wondering if different reds needed different cleaning treatments? This particular wine which I'm fairly sure is Australian had fruity flavours with minty notes. I'm not sure which region or year it's from but I do know that it wasn't good for my circuit. But that was nothing compared to what I endured the week after. But that's another story. - Mr. Suckarupparar

This didn't really assist with my inquiry. However that's what I might end up looking like if my owner gets her way. I've also found that because the wine wasn't wiped off my surface straight away that I have been stained quite severly. I don't fit in with the decor of the house anymore. I look more like that half of a vehicle. Is there any way to get wine out of porous plastic?
