Both of these wineries are truly amazing...

Boekenhoutskoolf--try 00 Cab, 01 Shiraz, 03 Shiraz, 04 Shiraz, and 04 Cab---hard to fine wines in the SA market--this winery could be considered somewhat cultish by SA standards...

De Trafford--small production--about 800 cases overall--focus on shiraz, cab, chenin blanc, and chenin blanc late harvest--receives consistently high praise from WS---wonderful winery IMO--especially the shiraz and chenin blanc late harvest dessert wine--almost 60% of the 800 cases are sent internationally...I have hooked on De Trafford for about 1 year now..
