| Wonderful Cab (90 points)! Full bodied, spice, earth, and mint. Drank over 3 hours. $25 and drink now till 2010 or so. We should have consumed it with a steak or some kind of game. Worth picking up 1/2 case at that price. This price point really represents the high end of the SA wine market.

| Doc, have you tried any of the other high end SA reds yet? (Kanonkop Paul Sauer, De Toren Fusion V, Rustenburg Peter Barlow, Ernie Els, Columella, Luddite Shiraz, Rust En Vrede Estate, Vergelegen, Thelema Reserve) | | | |

| Yes, I have over the last 5-7 years. I used to live in South Africa 5 years ago, and I travel here regularly. Others to consider Meerlust and Rustenburg. I must say that the quality of wines has drastically improved without much price inflation.
