Imagine pouring raw honey in your mouth without the heaviness or cloying sweetness, and then add a surprise of well balanced citrus, tropical fruit and apricot notes followed by a woodsy spice from its oak barrel aging. This is a very intense and fresh wine with a long finish created from a blend of 50% Scheurebe (Sämling 88) and 50% Pinot Blanc (Weissburgunder). 171 g/l residual sugar. -winemonger

from Decanter magazine: Pungent tropical aromas with some spiciness. Grapefruit and pineapple on the palate, intense, great fruit richness. Long, fresh. Up to 10 years.

I was asked on one of my other tasting notes to include the price of the bottle, so I am now doing this for all of my TN's.

This bottle retails for: $38.00
