NV Alvear Sherry Pedro Ximenez Cream of Cream -- dark amber, pours thick; big sweet nose of raisins, toffee; similar flavours, with espresso coffee, bittersweet chocolate, plum pudding; long finish, but verges on cloying. Hard to want more than a couple of sips. About 90-91 pts. Very good, but I don't think this is in the top tier of PX Sherries, though my exposure to these is quite limited.

This was about the same quality as the entry-level Chambers stickies from Australia, if that helps anyone understand my impression of this wine.
