This wine was wonderful, with a slight but noticable presence of the noble rot. The creaminess associated with beerenauslese's was present. The wine was drunk with a slice of chocolate cake and both played off each other very well.

It was! Taste lasted for a long time, it took well over an hour to drink the bottle with a friend.
