2000 Taylor (Fladgate) Porto Late Bottled Vintage - Portugal, Douro, Porto (1/20/2007) WIML90,NOWA,NOWS Tasted January 20, 2007 at a retail tasting. Served in a Riedel sweet wine glass. Purple color in the glass, opaque looking. Nose of blackberries, caramel and even some smoke. Flavvors of sweet cherries, melted black licorice and chewy black currants. Medium acidity, tannins and body. Drink or hold. (90 pts.)

I had the other night as well at a restaurant and was not impressed It must have something to do with how long it was opened or storage but it didn't do anything for me...I'll have to get a bottle and give it another go.
