Tasted January 20, 2007 at a retail tasting. Served in a Riedel sweet wine glass. Light yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of citrus fruits, grass, ruby red grapefruit and basil. Maybe a little lavender as well. Flavors of candied pears, ginger and grapefruit. Light to medium acidity and body. Quite “nibble” on the palate; pleasing to drink. Drink or hold. (91 pts.)
