2001 Château Cantegril - France, Bordeaux, Sauternais, Sauternes (1/20/2007)
WIML90?,WA89,NOWS

Tasted January 20, 2007 at a retail tasting. Served in a Riedel sweet wine glass. Light yellow to yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout. Nose of apricots, honeysuckle, lychee and a dash of orange. Flavors of honey, orange marmalade and dried apricots. Light to medium acidity and body. Somewhat vicuous feeling on the palate. Seems a bit overly sweet or cloying. Drink or hold. (90 pts.)
