Opened last night at an offline in Toronto. Cognac coloured.
Complex nose with creme brulee, apricots, honey and some peach. The perfect touch of botrytis complimenting the
ultimate precision of sugar and acidity. The sensuality of the nose almost made it a shame to drink, but the finish was both long and luxurious. Still youthful for an almost 50 year old, but don't think about putting this into any retirement home just yet.
