I have probably been storing this wine for 25 years. I love the flavor profiles of these wines and this one was great.

Dark color, almost brown with a sunny yellow edge. Nose of roasted nuts, sherry and caramel. Rich ripe mouthfeel, very oily with sherry and carmelized brown sugar flavors, followed by the expected bright apricot (very distinctive) finish. Some acidity but balanced. A nice dessert wine that probably needs drinking. Held up to the chocolate dessert.

I also like the fact that they seem to keep almost indefinitely in the fridge.
