Well As they say "It is always nice to find a diamond in the rough". I opened this 375ml bottle last night and boy was it good. The color was a nice golden marmalade with obvious thickness. The wine had a cornucopia of flavors including apricot, sugarcane, butterscotch and a thick unctuous texture and mouthfeel that only comes with a well made dessert wine with some bottle age. As far as acidity is concerned there is very little to none. The finish lasted for over 40 seconds. The good news is that the wine is not flabby or too sweet. Based on this bottle I am going to get some more. BTW this is Russian River Valley fruit. 92+ points. If you can find this 13+ year old California dessert wine I highly recommend you buy it. Depending on how many more bottles are available I may have a few extra to sell.

Opened another bottle of this last night and it was even better than the last one. This displayed a very unique cane sugar component and a little more acidity. I am glad I have a few more bottles.
