Circa $140 seems to be the going rate for this. I recently picked up 3 bottles @ $139 ea. and am very pleased about that. Recently, I bid the Acker wine auction for $1100 for a 12 btl owc - I think the winning bid was around $1500...more than I was willing to pay.

just picked up one more on WC for $134.

I was able to pick up 3 bottles on WineBid @ $125, for my middle son's 30th birthday in another couple of years. The problem is that it won't arrive until October. The good news is that we probably won't need but 2 bottles in 2007 at the birthday celebration.

Opened one of the two bottles I recently purchased on WC. Totally saturated cork but no signs of seepage or damage. Dark ruby color. Sweet nose. Absolutely delicious! This is the finest vintage port I have tasted. I am glad I have another bottle to save for a while. 97+ Outstanding.
