Deep root beer brown in color, with a lively nose of butterscotch, dark chocolate, and hint of molasses. On the palate a rich mix of chocolate caramel, not unlike a Caramello. Very scrumtiously balanced, very thick, and very long, does not show its alcohol at all, but is just a tinge more bitey than the '63. All in all a very nice birthyear wine that I will seek more of. 92 points.
