Another great Viog by the Peay team.  Year after year this is, in my opinion/palate, the best made viog.  And, my fav summer wine.  The summer has just begun, & I only have 1 bottle remaining.  I just can't keep my hands of these wines.

Drink or hold, but I finish them the year of release.  These never make it through the summer.

P.S.: I talked to Andy via EMail, he said due to the demand, he has none (for himself).Â

IIRC, the total production was in the area of 50 cases.

i just finished my last of the 04's. sounds like it's time to start on the 05's!

Opened and drank over a quick half hour with some friends...incredible balance. Wonderful nose of tropical fruit with a touch of pineapple, but never overblown (may have been served too cold). My challenge with viognier is that it can be alcoholic or overly tropical. This was easily the best I have had, although I've not been privileged to try the '04. Just lovely. 92 points.
