Interesting, no TNs on this.  Wonderful bottle of chard, crisp, lemony, vanilla, nice long finish, refreshing.  Everything one expects from a Peay chard.  I don't get the Crème Brulee the winery mentions :-).  There is no rush, but you can drink now also.
