Ruby, with a medium nose of deep black cherry, saddle leather,spice and earth. Medium body, medium plus intensity and medium acidity. Black cherry, strawberry, earth and saddle leather. Very light bitterness on the finish, balanced. 87pts.

(Recently bottled and airfreighted to Hawaii, obviously probably not the best showing for it, bit I liked the structure.)
