    i forgot to add what i liked as well. i love 'em all, with peanuts and pistachios being my least favorite.

    I don't discriminate against nuts.

    If I'm just eating them, I like salted cashews and then salted peanuts or peanuts in the shell. I also like roasting some almonds and then sprinkling them with a little salt.

    For baking, I love using almonds - biscotti di prato and amaretti are two of my favourite types of cookies.

    Pistachio and hazelnut-crusted racks of lamb are dishes I like to prepare as well.
