Could use all of your advice on this one. How much Prime Rib per person. Any great idea's or recipes?

Any favorites wines with Prime Rib?

I'm a thinkin' you need a pound a person w/ bone in prime rib, 2 full roasts should do it, do not forget the yorkshire pudding cuz life is not complete w/out it. Wine... you almost can't miss but for 25 something semi affordable would have to come into play Turnbull 1999 Caberenet ?? I always do Prime Rib for my family but this year is my wife' s family so it is back to Turkey w/ Jones brining recipe and my trusty Weber grill. Sure am gonna miss Prime Rib , Yorkshire pudding and cranberry sauce tho.
