Somehow, I will spontaneously be sharing a bottle of 1999 Disznoko Tokaji Aszu Essencia tomorrow night with someone. I need some food pairing ideas to go with this spectacular wine. Foie is out of the picture. The food pairing should be relatively easy to make.

I've already got some gorgonzola dolce, fromage d'Affinois, and a triple cream.
