Chicken terriyaki and stir fried vegetables. I used this new marinade called Soy Vay. The dish was very easy and healthy.

At skwid's

Rock shrimp scampi
Salad with avocado and tomato
Broccoli

3 inch thick Prime Ribeye!!

Great steak. Sourced from Verbrugge's in Oakland. Seared on a very hot smoky joe then popped in the oven at 325 for 25 minutes. Cooked in this manner, it gave up almost no juice in the roasting pan and was done evenly from edge to edge. Yumm!

Lunch today was chile rubbed tuna, grilled, served atop a mixed green salad with dijon mustard vinaigrette.

Dinner tonight will be buffalo rib eye on the BBQ with saffron polenta and grilled baby bok choy.

Doing Body for Life, lots of fish lately. Salmon, wild caught. Tonight we broiled it in a baking dish with just a little olive oil sprayed on. I'm also getting used to eating sweet potatoes.
