Of course, you can't go wrong with oysters from the raw bar in February.

Most of these courses sound horrid to me as a match to a dessert wine like Rieussec (by the way I'd only get a glass if it comes from a freshly opened bottle or the pace and level of the restaurant is such that you think they are going through a bottle a night). I'd consider the Coconut Tapioca Pudding and Banana Brulee Tostada if I were you.

Lentils, chorizo, and clams with 2001 Rieussec? That's a nightmarish combination imo.

Oh yeah, I didn't even try to match the wine. Save it for after the meal.

I love it. But I have only had the traditional preparation. How is the food at Stephan Pyles overall.

We did not order from the regular menu because nothing on it was of my interest.

guanabana

Also Known As: Soursop, Guanabana, Corosol, Graviola, Nanqka, and Prickly custard apple.

"This delicious tropical fruit the interior flesh is white, with soft, cottony strands that contain many seeds. Flesh is tart, desirable for ices and ade drinks. It is an important fruit in Puerto Rico and other tropical American areas."
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is...

.ps - friends don't let friends eat farmed salmon.

So many names and I haven't heard of any of them

I think I have seen them at the store though. I might try one if I can pick it up without hurting myself!

Thanks kpak!

Ok. Did you like the food you ate then? Is the quality good, overall?

The food had creativity and potential...but it was over cooked the night we were there. To answer you: No, I did not enjoy the food. Not saying that it won't be good for others on another night.
