Beef Tenderloin roast cooked with a port wine/soy sauce/ garlic marinade, garlic mashed taters, fresh broccoli, sauteed brussel sprouts and homemade cranberry sauce. the wine was a 2002 Lake Sonoma Winery Zinfandel and it was an amazing combo. the wine was great, hints of cranberries and licorice, great tannins and a beautifully long finish. Heaven on earth!
