The butcher had these today. I've never seen them before. Anybody ever have them? How did you make them and how were they?

I've never heard of them either but if there was ever a guy to experiment with lamb baby backs it would be you Board-O

grunhauser had never heard of them either. He suggests they be braised. If I buy them, I'll probably try grilling them first.
