| A handful of people my wife knows consider me the "go to" guy for wine questions. This time they said that they usually ate apples and grapes with Champagne, but they couldn't find any good fruit, so they thought of cheese. How about oysters? | | | |

| Or fried oysters. Berries are a good way to go with fruit. Champange pairs with such a large variety of finger food, canapes, etc, that cheese would be pretty far down my list. | | | |
